Shipping:

We normally ship within a week of an order being placed unless otherwise noted.  If the order is missing any information, there might be a delay in the shipment.  I ship using USPS First Class Shipping or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the item.  International Buyers – Please contact me for a shipping quote!

Returns:

If a product has a manufacturing defect or mistake made by us, we will be happy to exchange the product.  Notification of defect needs to be made within 7 days.  We are not responsible for any spelling or other mistakes made by the buyer.

Monograms:

All monograms will be made in the traditional style of small uppercase, large uppercase, small uppercase, unless requested otherwise. We will embroider the initials in the exact order you give them to us. For example: Amber Leigh Talbert would submitted as ATL and embroidered ATL (T Larger in the middle).
